To this effect, we are expanding our team, particularly in our Carvoeiro (Lagoa) and Vilamoura offices, and are looking for sales consultants who are keen to work for one of the best luxury real estate agencies in the Algarve.

Job description - Luxury property sales consultant
As a property sales consultant, your main role is to build and maintain a portfolio of luxury properties over time, maintaining long-term relationships with vendors, since these listings are what generates inquiries and viewing requests from potential buyers. Part of your job will be to accompany them, both sellers and buyers, throughout the buying/selling process from start to finish.
1. Luxury property listings and managing inquiries
The first part begins by identifying high quality properties in your area to add to our luxury portfolio across the Algarve, and continuing to do so on an ongoing basis. You will need to use your local and professional knowledge to engage sellers, and be able to provide a well founded market valuation in order to build a relationship of trust and transparency with them from the beginning.
With high competition and many sellers opting for non-exclusivity, it is essential to deal with buyer leads as quickly as possible, with a maximum response time of 12 hours for new inquiries, every day of the week. It will be your responsibility to communicate with them, and consistent, and consistent follow-up is essential to once again build long-lasting relationships based on reliability and proactivity, offering the level of service that our clients expect.
Once viewings are done and there is an agreed sale on a property, one might think that the job is done, but it is not. From the offer stage to inspections, promissory contracts and corrdination with lawyers, it is also part of our role to follow the process until the deed is signed and successfully completed.
Important to note that before any viewings, it is necessary to carefully qualify buyers to avoid unnecessary visits and wasting everyone's time. In terms of properties,you will have access to our complete portfolio across the Algarve, both online and offline.
At the administrative level, it is necessary to prepare agency agreements as well as KYC forms, collecting all the necessary documents to that effect. It is essential that all client information is accurately maintained in our CRM system.
We will provide professional promotional material for your listings, such as photos, videos, billboards, for sale signs, etc., but it wil be your responsibility to organise and coordinate these.
4. What we are looking for (requirements):
- Must be multilingual, fluent in English as a primary language, and have a very strong understanding of Portuguese (both written and spoken).
- To have experience in real estate (ideally at least one year).
- Hold a valid Portuguese driver's license and own vehicle.
- To know the Algarve market, local lifestyle and services in your area.
- To be comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft office, and clous-based tools.
- To be able to work within a team, but also be self-driven and work independently.
- Respect clients' privacy with discretion and confidentiality.
- To be able to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
